This is a cool attempt. I recommend you look at Windows X's Live Snow Transfomation Pack for Windows, Its free to download and no need for installing stupid apps like windows blinds etc , this skin does everything for you here is its full features:
Snow Transformation Pack comes with the following main features below:
Add applications to emulate Snow Leopard features like Dock, Spaces, Shadow, etc.
Change default logon screen background to default Snow Leopard wallpaper
